The weight lives on the rollers - Marvin uses stout, sometimes model-specific roller carriages tuned to the panel size - so when a big Marvin door develops drag, the fix is heavy-duty rollers, track service, and precise realignment, matched to your exact unit. On multi-slide and lift-and-slide doors we also service the guides, interlocks, and the lift mechanism so the whole run seats and seals evenly. Generic hardware has no place on a door built to these tolerances.
